Welcome to Viblio. These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account or using Viblio, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.
Viblio is operated by Ann Hagner, a sole proprietor based in Chicago, Illinois.
Viblio is a web platform where people document, share, and discover AI projects. You can create a profile, showcase your builds, browse what others are creating, and interact through upvotes, saves, and follows. Think of it as a portfolio and inspiration platform for people building with AI.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Viblio. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you’re under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission.
When you create an account, you agree to:
You can sign up with email and password, or through Google or GitHub OAuth. Either way, one account per person.
You own what you create. When you post projects, write descriptions, or upload images to Viblio, you retain ownership of that content.
You give us a license to display it. By publishing content on Viblio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on and through the platform. This license exists so we can actually show your projects in the gallery, on your profile, and in search results. If you delete your content, this license ends (except for cached or archived copies that may take a short time to clear).
You’re responsible for it. Don’t post content that:
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Viblio platform — its design, code, brand, and original content — belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
User-generated content belongs to its creators, subject to the license described in Section 4.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. By using Viblio, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Viblio may display links to external websites, tools, or resources that users include in their projects. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Follow external links at your own discretion.
We’re building Viblio actively, which means things will change. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also need to take the platform offline temporarily for maintenance or updates.
We’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime or that any specific feature will always be available.
You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page. When you do:
We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or our House Rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.
Viblio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We don’t guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viblio and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, since Viblio is currently free, is zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viblio and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these terms as Viblio evolves. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
